The History

When food is your first love and feeding people is your passion, magic happens. My childhood is full of memories of food. I inherited my love for food from my grandfather who had been my food companion all along. He believed that what makes a food journey so enjoyable is the fact that there is no end to it. Thus, we always explored new destinations discovering new dimensions of deliciousness journeys to different streets made our love for street food eternal. But of course, it wasn’t enough when you love something so passionately you want everyone to feel the love. Hence, Aadaaminte Chayakada was born.

They say home is where the heart is and what better place than home to start something that is so beloved to the heart! The stepping stone to my venture was from where it all began; my grandfather’s home in the front yard, with a few arrangements and a heart full of dreams and the rest as they say, is history! Aadaaminte chayakada reflects the soul of Adam, my grandfather and here the food is seasoned with love which makes it so special. Let me take you on a journey my grandfather once took me on and lets start with what we are known for, our amazing starters!
